Roadside Masters — Emergency Roadside Assistance
This Roadside Assistance program for Truckers was designed exclusively for the BCOs of Landstar and is made available by Gallagher Transportation Services and Roadside Masters.com.
The attached informational brochure outlines the benefits available to you as a member of the Roadside Masters program. By tapping into the vast resources of Roadside Masters, assistance is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 1 hour response time. To claim benefits, simply call the Emergency Contact #: 800.395.4908 and a Roadside Assistance Coordinator will help you.
The weekly cost of the program is $6.00 per truck and can be paid through a regular settlement deduction by Landstar. There is no up-front deposit due.
As an added benefit to Landstar BCOs and included in the cost indicated above, Roadside Masters has agreed to extend similar benefits to a designated personal vehicle of your choice. What an opportunity to provide protection to your spouse or other loved one while you are on the road. You will receive a special membership card for activating this service upon enrollment.
Enrollment is easy: Just complete the attached enrollment form and ICOA Addendum to authorize the settlement deduction. You may scan and email to landstarcoord@ajg.com to activate your membership. A membership card and complete benefit handbook will be emailed direct to you from Roadside Masters.
